Sri Goparaju Anjaneyulu
GRR&R Trust Founder

The Late Sri Goparaju Sitaram Anjaneyulu was a remarkable man who led his life by example. He was born in the village of Vedullapalle to a schoolteacher. The third out of 12 children, he loved education and had to travel a long distance to receive a higher education. At the time, Vedullapalle neither had a high school nor college. The difficulties he had faced in experiencing a good education and adequate healthcare left a mark on his life. He went on to attain a successful career by reaching a high position at the State Bank of India. Through his job, he traveled all around the world, but he never forgot his beginnings and Vedullapalle was constantly on his mind. Upon joining his job, he took it upon himself to establish facilities in the village. Being a man of great integrity, he gained the trust of large communities and collected several donations. These donations went to setting up a high school, library, veterinary hospital, and the GRR&R Trust. He had an enormous heart and passion for community service and charity till the day he passed.
Divya Vadlakonda
My name is Divya Vadlakonda, and I am currently a senior in high school. Ever since I was young, visits to my aunt's parents’ house have always been memorable. Though we saw them once a year, I can still remember their hospitality, kindness and love as if I was their own grandchild. One memory of Anjaneyulu Tata that I have carried with me throughout my growing years was his giving nature. I remember going to the temple he helped set up just a little ways away from their house in Moosarambagh, and being amazed at his commitment to others and his capacity to give. Even now, after his passing, I continue to learn about his good deeds— building a park, a library, a wedding hall. When I heard about GRR and R Trust’s history and current situation from my aunt, I wanted to help continue the labor of love that he had dedicated so much of his energy and time into. I am excited to witness the difference we can make in the lives of the people of Vedullapalle and the surrounding villages with your help.

Isha Nemani
My name is Isha Nemani, I am 14 years old and currently in my freshman year of high school. My maternal grandfather was the founder of the GRR & R Trust. I loved and admired him very much, not only because he was my grandfather but also because of his integrity and compassion for people and his drive to make a difference in their lives. I developed a passion for community service and helping people by seeing my grandfather’s dedication to the organizations he participated in. GRR & R Trust was extremely close to his heart and was the most important thing on his mind, despite his ailing health. With your help, we aim to continue his life’s work and dedication to help grow the clinic and support the people of Vedullapalle and the neighboring villages.
